The Banquet Centre is currently recruiting an enthusiastic, hands-on and committed person to fulfill the role of Banquets Manager within our exclusive venue.
You will be required to supervise the preparation and operation of a range of events including weddings, cocktail functions, plated dinners, conferences, seminars and trade shows. Your time management and planning skills will shine and your attention to detail will be second to none.
In supporting the venue as an industry leader, you must possess:
- minimum 2 years' experience in management of conferencing and wedding venues
- the ability to motivate and drive a team to excel
- immaculate presentation and personal grooming
- a high level of personal motivation and a commitment to provide the finest of dining experiences
- the ability to express and articulate in a professional manner
- an unrivalled passion to succeed at the top of your profession
