Cradle Mountain Hotel is nestled in the alpine woodlands at the northern end of the breathtaking Cradle Mountain - Lake St Clair National Park. This wonderful escape showcases the absolute best this region has to offer with warm and welcoming hospitality, sensational local food and wine, indulgent spa facilities and breathtaking scenery. Located approximately 2 hours from Launceston and 4 hours from Hobart, our 60 room hotel also incorporates the stunning Wilderness Gallery and award-winning Altitude restaurant.
We're seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office position
- Experience using the Opera reservation management system
- A passion for providing exceptional service and engaging with guests
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with people at all levels
- The ability to provide information and advice to guests regarding our products and local experiences
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
Previous experience in a night audit role would be an advantage.
