This exceptional opportunity requires a kitchen legend, experienced with volume and running a busy section! Part of a growing hospitality group you will have the opportunity to work with some hugely talented individuals. With exciting expansion plans over the next few years, there will be a huge amount of development opportunity on offer.

Your role will entail:

• A solid team player
• Working in a busy venue with a highly skilled team
• Assisting other chefs in the kitchen
• Monitoring food safety and quality
• Assisting with stock rotation
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitised work environment
• Responsible for running a specific part of the kitchen
• Helping prepare food according to restaurant recipes and specifications  

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Organised and responsible
• 3 years experience in the kitchen
• Experienced in a full-serviced high volume restaurant restaurant
• A fast learner
• Proven professional kitchen experience
• Hands-on mentality
