An exciting opportunity exists for a trade qualified Chef de Partie who displays a genuine commitment to being at the forefront of their industry and who is motivated towards establishing a new benchmark in Townsville's hospitality scene.
Experience & Skills Required
The ideal candidate will hold an Australian trade or equivalent qualification and will have previous experience of a medium to large sized, fast paced business with Banquet and Conference experience preferred.
Stock Control, OH&S, Environmental Health, Communication and Quality Assurance are just a few of the skills required, but more importantly, the successful applicant will enjoy being part of an energetic and passionate group of people who enjoy the hospitality industry.
