We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable senior section waiter for Steer Dining Room in South Yarra. Our well-appointed dining room offers guests a relaxed dining experience in an upmarket environment with a strong focus on local produce and family farmers. Our extensive a la carte menu includes a wide selection of Australian Black Angus & Wagyu beef plus a full degustation menu with matching wines.
We are now seeking friendly & outgoing hospitality professionals to join our team and become part of our journey. Previous experience in hospitality is also required for the role.
Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the right candidate will have:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining
- Great wine knowledge
- Great cocktail & spirit knowledge
- Genuine interest in fine food & produce
