About The Role
My client is seeking a qualified chef to join the team on a full-time basis and are offering a DIDO opportunity on a 2 on 1 off roster. You will be required to do 1 week of breakfast shifts followed by 1 week of dinner shifts followed by a week off. While on swing, you will be provided with free on-site accommodation. The successful candidate must have full qualifications and a number of years experience in a similar environment with both catering style cooking and also a la carte. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team and be wanting to make a real difference to the kitchen. you will be comfortable and confident in all sections of the kitchen and be able to work solo and as a part of a team. Skills & Experience
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery essential for this role
- A minimum 3 years experience out of apprenticeship
- Experience in catering and a la carte environments essential
- The ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- The ability to work a 2 week on 1 week off roster
