About the business
Cruiseco is the largest and broadest distributor of cruise product in the Southern Hemisphere! The Cruiseco team provide member travel agencies across Australia and New Zealand access to over 50 cruise brands worldwide, creating exclusive products to help members drive their business.
Your duties
- Strategic & detailed cruise holiday costing, packaging, analysis, and website presentation
- Prepare products for marketing / advertising
- Competitive analysis on pricing and extras
- Provide solutions that maintain a positive relationship with members and suppliers
- Working closely with reservations for any questions on suppliers and special request
- To continuously have the product out to the market in order to have a competitive edge in the travel industry
- Make sure products are loaded and available with all the correct information
Skills required for this Cruise Product Coordinator role
- Experience working in a travel product position or Travel industry
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and email
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines
- Highly motivated & a team player
- Good creative writing ability
- Knowledge of international airfares
