Boutique Venue Manager

We are recruiting a Local Hotel Manager to run our new Boutique property in Sydney's Inner West.

We are focused on the customer experience & our name is the true definition of this. We create spaces that allow our guests to be themselves, to find what they are looking for and to enjoy our city their way.

 

This new venue is set to be a game changer in terms of medium term lodgings. Amazing communal spaces, uber modern rooms, networking, community, hosted events; these are some of words that make up our new inner west venue.

 

We are looking for an Inner West Local!

We are looking for a Stanmore, Annandale, Enmore or Newtown resident who has a knowledge and connection to the inner west community.

An experienced hands-on venue operator with a passion for people and service! Your in-depth knowledge of hospitality, team leadership, champion guest service, business operational standards and procedures together with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills will make you a stand out candidate for this role. 

You will need to want to make a dent in the hospitality universe and be part of something different in the hospitality and accommodation market that will grow at an amazing rate over the next couple of years. We want you to be different in our offering and we want to give our guests something they don’t expect anywhere else.

 

What you will do with us –

• Manage day to day operations of the venue.
• Be a superb host, managing customer relations to deliver the best living/working/playing arrangements for all in house.

• Have an intricate knowledge of the local area. We are looking for a Stanmore, Annandale, Enmore or Newtown resident who has a connection to the inner west community.
• Control your budget, targets and costs.
