Collegians RLFC is made up of four venues, Collegians City, Collegians Balgownie, Red Dog on the Green at Figtree and Collegians Port Kembla Leagues Club.
This is an exciting opportunity in the Hospitality and entertainment industry based in the Illawarra.
Collegians City features some fantastic food areas; Factory, Kitchen on Charlotte and Aunty Margs. With Collegians Balgownie, Collegians Port Kembla and Red Dog on the Green food areas, this is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and hard-working individual to become a member of the Collegians Team.

The role will require the successful candidate to be flexible with their hours with evening and weekend work required.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in high volume environment
- Senior leadership experience in current or previous role
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional food preparation and service
- Strong knowledge and experience of WHS, Food Safety and Hygiene practices
- Be neatly presented and groomed
- A customer service focus
- Have strong communication skills
- Easily adaptable to menu changes
- Be able to work well in a team environment
- Be a self-starter, able to think quickly and make things happen
- Be reliable and punctual
The remuneration is in line with Level 10 of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010.
