The Role 
A true Head Chef role - taking full ownership of the running of this kitchen.  Bring your ideas, creativity and passion for food done well.  Key areas of focus are -
  • Food, food, glorious food - to really build a menu that is on point, fresh and seasonal and quite simply - tasty!! 
  • The A Team - cementing an already fab team - settling in and building some real passion, drive and excitement with the team - take them on tours of the markets, let's go foraging - whatever think - we'll help you make it happen
  • Money makes the world go round - really nailing the numbers - labour, food cost and overall GP.  Bring your smarts to help make the profitability go from strength to strength
