Fraser Suites Perth are currently seeking to employ several motivated and experienced casual Food and Beverage Attendants join our dynamic and professional team.
We are seeking professionals with high working hours flexibility to cover the following:
- Opening / Breakfast - 5.30am starts
- Closing - 10.30pm or later
Our Food and Beverage team is committed to providing friendly, courteous and efficient food and beverage service, helping to create a memorable food and beverage experience for our guests.
We are seeking to candidates with various experience including those with experience within conference and/or banquets. Ideal candidates will possess experience in a la carte service, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment with the following essential attributes:
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a "can-do" approach
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene
- Ability to handle manual tasks
- Experience in bartending and cocktail skills are highly advantageous
- Experience in coffee making skills (barista) are highly advantageous
- Experience in Banquet/Function Operations and In-room Dining service would be an additional advantage
Positions within in our Food & Beverage department requires full flexibility across seven days including morning and evening shifts to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner service. A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is a pre-requisite.
