About the role
The successful candidate will be assisting with driving bookings into the food and beverage outlets at QT Gold Coast. You will be required to have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You are a team player who will be responsible for increasing restaurant bookings and providing administration support to the team.
Key responsibilities will include answering guest enquiries, proactive sales activities and creating a memorable experience for all guests.
We require a person who can deliver and support a service focused culture. It will be essential to communicate effectively between all departments of the Hotel.

We want someone who will challenge our expectations and who can put forward new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences. You demand excellence and you drive those around you to strive to achieve this daily.
Skills Required
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Previous experience with reservations systems (ResDiary, Open Table or similar) preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel and outlook) essential
- Social Media experience preferred
