We are currently looking for an experienced & groovy Venue Manager to run this exclusive new venue. There is an exciting food and entertainment concept, which is all located under the one roof. 

This Hotel has undergone a major refurbishment. It will quickly become the 'go to' venue in the area. The position is a new role, you will not be replacing anyone. This is a fantastic role for a proven Venue Manager looking to take on their next challenge.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the business including, but not limited to:

• Brand & quality control
• Compliance
• HR and training
• Financial administration & the day-to-day running of the place

You will be required to work long hours on at least two of the busiest nights each week. This venue has a licence to trade late. So we require experience in the late night trade or previous night club experience on the Northern Beaches. This role demands a hands-on approach to service ensuring the smooth running of the venue – both front and back of house operations.

Successful candidates will have:

• Solid experience in a similar role
• Exceptional customer service standards
• A 'hands on' management style
• Ordering and stock management experience
• A keen eye for detail
• Cash handling & POS experience
• A proven ability to build and manage a team
• Must have current RSA / RGA certificates
• Extensive food and drink knowledge
• A solid understanding of licensing, OH&S and other legal necessities regarding running a venue like this
