About the role

  • Provide efficient and professional service to all guests via email and phone
  • Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of all restaurant offerings and promotions
  • Attend to customers' requests quickly, efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction

Skills and experience

  • Have a mature, reliable and authentic personality
  • Understand the hospitality industry, experience with reservations is ideal
  • Be highly organised and able to effectively manage changing priorities
  • Initiate contact and establish rapport quickly and easily
  • Project a professional image, representing yourself and Dedes Group
  • Handle tasks carefully and correctly – be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency
  • Be a great team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
  • Have a passion to exceed guest expectations is a must

 

Must be able and willing and able to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Own transport is ideal.
