Location

A scenic 2.5 hour drive from Sydney, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley Resort is located in the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. The Role

Due to continuous growth we have a great opportunity for experienced Front Office Manager.

You are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day duties of the Front Desk. Passionate about maximising guest satisfaction. You will role model professional standards of service whilst ensuring that Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley policies, procedures and brand standards are adhered to across the department.

You are also responsible for assisting the coordination and management of Porters and Guest Service Agents. This position is key to ensuring that our Guest Services team is consistently passionate and committed people.

Working closely with the Guest Services colleagues as well as other colleagues within the resort, you will ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to the guests and anticipate their every need.

With a high level of knowledge of the resort, you will respond confidently to guest enquiries, assist the guests and create an exceptional personalised experience.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have:

  • Previous management experience in a Front Office team in a luxury environment, with the ability to inspire exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Be proactive and an excellent problem solver with a positive can do attitude
  • A great team player who works well under pressure
  • Proven Opera efficiency
