Mr Bengel is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic barista to join our epic team in Palm Beach!
We operate with a dedicated focus on producing a quality product with excellent customer service, in a fun and friendly environment.
The successful applicant will have proven experience as a strong barista, with the ability to be the sole barista on shift making consistently great coffee, provide exceptional customer service and be able to support the team on the floor when required.
About you
To be successful you must have:
- Proven barista experience (min 2 years) in a fast-paced, high volume venue
- Speciality coffee experience
- Consistent latte art, and experience with alternative milks
- Available to work 30+ hrs a week, including weekends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong sense of initiative
- Be a team player
