ONSITE RESIDENT CARETAKER

Onsite Resident Caretaker/Manager 
 
Champion Pty Ltd provides management and concierge for an inner city building consisting of 200 self-contained apartments.  
 
We are looking for a caretaker/couple to manage the after hours and on-call operations of our facility.  Individually or together you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service attending to urgent resident enquires and ensuring a safe, secure and well-presented facility. 
 
The ideal candidates will have strong, proven skills in hospitality or management of a hotel/motel or apartment complex. 
 
Ideally you will have: 

• Prior experience in a similar role - either caretaking, hospitality or resort roles will be looked upon favourably
• a hands on approach and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility with hours
• Demonstrated computer skills - windows and property management 
• A positive attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the after-hours operation of the building 
• Work with Management to achieve strategic business objectives and outcomes
• Building successful relationships with property suppliers and residents
• Manage Workplace Health and Safety issues 
• Organisation of maintenance, repair and security of the complex
• After-hours resident 

On-site accommodation forms part of this role's remuneration and is provided in a one bedroom self-contained apartment including all power, water and routine cleaning services.  Access to a nearby gym, swimming and leisure facility is available at an additional cost.
