The Role

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team in inner-west Perth and take on the role of driving the ultimate customer experience, lead & motivate a large team, and coach & train their staff to develop their capabilities and performance. A fun and playful business who know that it is the quality of their people that lead them to success! The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a positive ambience throughout the restaurant and have a love for working with people.

Key responsibilities include;

• Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service; and managing the store team to ensure consistent, outstanding customer service
• A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self and the restaurant team and the effective delivery of all store leadership and people management responsibilities
• Ensuring the successful running of the restaurant and taking ultimate responsibility for ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets

Skills Required

• A minimum 2-3 years Management experience in hospitality
• Ability to lead and engage people while driving high performance
• Passion & experience in achieving great customer outcomes
• Commercial acumen     
• Ability to translate vision/purpose into action
• Amazing communication skills  
• Be a true brand and values advocate
