The CY O'Connor Pub kitchen is looking to add an experienced , reliable and hardworking Chef de Partie to it's expanding kitchen brigade.
With our very own unique paddock to plate concept you will get to prepare and cook some of Western Australia's finest beef and lamb including Wagyu "Melt Beef" and Hawthornden Farm lamb.
The successful applicant will need to have the following attributes:
- Experience with seasonal produce
- Production of consistent, high quality food and plating
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flair for using a variety of beef and lamb cuts and a range of seafood
- Minimum of two year's qualified experience
- Assist with the training of junior staff members and apprentices
- Able to run the pass section
- Flexibility with working hours
- Proven background
- Ability to work within a harmonious environment
- English fluency
- Permission to work in Australia
