We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Restaurant and Banquet Manager to join our Team!
You will be passionate and ambitious about all aspects of a multi-faceted and challenging Food & Beverage operation. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be hands-on in your approach to delivering a unique and personal dining experience, while you coach and mentor your team to deliver the same exceptional service.
This role calls for an experienced food and beverage professional who will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the front of house, and conferencing operations alongside the management team. We are seeking someone who was born the hospitality industry with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. You will be a forward thinker with the ability to overcome sticky situations; you will maintain a high level of product knowledge across all menus, whilst ensuring your team are confident in their knowledge across service periods. This including an understanding of local and international wines. Coupled with this will be your ability to build strong relationships with customers and food & beverage Team Members alike.
Your keen eye for detail will ensure the standards of Fables and Tales bar are exceeded. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, whilst remaining as cool as a cucumber under pressure.
