WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
Someone who has a passion for incredible service with a keen eye for detail. You are meticulously organised and able to lead and motivate a large team.
Our Expectations of you
As a manager within our team, you will have:
- An enormous passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience of at least 2 years gained within a high-end bar/restaurant destination with good references
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar/restaurant operations
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- The natural ability to supervise and mentor a team, including the recruitment, development and day-to-day supervision of our people in the absence of our Bar Manager
- A current RSA certificate
- Cash handling experience
- Lead, train, empower, and provide support to a team of fellow front of house professionals
- Demonstrate strong work ethics and a 'can do' attitude to motivate the team and maintain good relationships
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organise and supervise shifts
This is a full-time permanent position which will require flexibility and weekend work.
