Conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport features 276 guest accommodation rooms, over 1000 square metres of conferencing space and the Airo Restaurant & Bar.
PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and approachable Guest Service Agent to join our bubbly Front Office Department on a Part-Time basis.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager
- Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay
- Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay
- Create a great first and last impression of the Hotel
- Work a variety of shifts, including a rotation of day, weekend, and overnight shifts
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and Creating Memorable Experiences!
- A current driver's licence
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- A fun & supportive approach to teamwork
