Looking for an experienced Head Chef as well as experienced Chefs who are creative and organized. Someone who is passionate about food and one who believes in giving people a great experience and take them to a journey with different taste buds through food. You will be using fresh local produce.

Head Chef / Chefs:

• Must Have Characteristics: 

- Creative mind

- Leader by nature

- Reliable, productive and punctual

- Knowledge of food grades / temperatures / hygiene 

- Positive attitude who is willing to learn and take on constructive criticism

- Multi-tasker 

- Have an understanding of plant based cuisine 

- Have a basic knowledge of dietary requirements, eg. Gluten free, nut free

How will you succeed in these Chef Roles?

• Assume a hands-on role with day-to-day duties and lead by example on a high level
• Mindful of food quality and cost control
• Flexible with hours

                        Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to a high standard
• Ensures that food is delivered to the customers in a timely manner
• Monitor and reports food waste
• Assist kitchen staff
• Communicate effectively with staff and management on all levels
• Able to follow instructions / guidelines from Management
• Ability to manage stock within assigned area

                          Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have previous experience

These are full time positions.

Remuneration will be discussed at interview and will depend on experience.
