About the vacancy

As part of AFC’s drive to build on its strong position as an internationally recognised Performing Arts Centre, an opportunity has become available for the position of Events Sales Manager to join our Food and Beverage Team.

Reporting to the Manager, Food and Beverage, this position will play a fundamental role in selling the function spaces and capitalising on the unique offering AFC brings to the Adelaide functions and events market.

The successful candidate will have an established network of PCOs and MICE contacts, as well experience in selling other functions such as weddings, parties and special events. The successful candidate will be familiar with working toward the achievement of key performance indicators and budget targets, and will be able to autonomously generate and convert  leads

Creativity and the ability to think outside the square are paramount, as is the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a small team.
