What is the role?

Working with the Restaurant Sommelier and wider management team, this varied role will include duties supervising across both floor and beverage.  With quieter days (early week) incorporating some section work and busier days as hosting and floating during service to enhance our guests experience and drive wine sales  You will have the chance to be exposed to all aspects of the Beverage and Wine program - including involvement in tastings and trade events, driving wine sales through recommendations, staff education, stocktake and storage of wines.
