Qualified Sous Chef required for immediate start. This is a hands on full time position in which the ideal candidate will have their own transport, always be available weekends and public holidays, display all aspects of safety and leadership, manage work and service pressures, be fully qualified with breakfast service and making of scones, desserts, etc. present and serve top quality meals in a timely manner, maintain hygiene standards and professionalism along with sound knowledge of time and staff management, recipe costings, stock control, portion control, menu creation, etc. Additional duties will be discussed and presented in a job description at time of interview. In return you will work alongside our Head Chef where you will broaden your knowledge and ideas that will get you to the next level of being a head chef. A generous salary package will be offered along with great working conditions, roster and modern kitchen. This is a permanent resident position as no sponsorships will be offered.
