As part of the management team, you will work closely with the Group Operations Manager / Owners. You will be responsible for the day to day management of FOH, oversee BOH, etc

Managing daily operations of
Dinner services in the Restaurant
Morning / Lunch services at the Cafe

The role is hands-on, service-based, and the successful applicant must possess an overall understanding of restaurant / cafe service requirements.
Experience in managing a busy Restaurant or Cafe - passion for the Hospitality Industry
3 years previous experience as a Supervisor, Asst Manager, Manager
Available to start immediately
Must be available Weekends, Nights, Public Holidays
