Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, a well establish and nationally known group is on the search for a forward thinking and fun pub chef to get creative with a contemporary Irish flare.
Being a go to for an eclectic mix of corporates, young and famous, Sydney’s locals and high end tourists, this venue has something for everyone. The warm glow of the open fire and traditional Irish music drowning out the hustle and bustle of city life help you to settle in with a creamy pint of Guinness or one of our many beers, wines and spirits.
The kitchen offers a variety of traditional Irish dishes and pub favourites for you to get creative with. The head chef will have strong leadership skill and experience in running a busy kitchen with clear structure. The group offers major progression having several very successful venues. The role is offering ideal hospitality hours and a salary of $80K + Super.
