About the role

Award winning Matso's Broome Brewery is seeking an enthusiastic & experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join the fantastic team at Matso's & run the famous 'Curry Hut'.

What you would be doing

We require an experienced Indian Chef with a professional and committed approach, who enjoys working in a dynamic and productive team environment.  The successful applicant will have extensive experience in preparing & cooking authentic Indian curries.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
• Assist in menu development and implementation
• Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Indian Cuisine Chef
• Have a positive, can-do attitude with a very hands on approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Display an ability to supervise, inspire and motivate
• Deliver excellent food quality and service
• Be involved with cost control through effective practices manage and monitor financial budgets, food, wage costs and other expenses
