The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Venue Manager with experience and drive to make this role their own with the ability to drive results while influencing and leading others . The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to lead the Racehorse Hotel, located within the Ipswich region..

The position is permanent salaried and requires the availability to work a flexible roster including nights, public holidays and weekends.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you would be responsible for driving all aspects of this Venue including service and financial objectives as well as leading the culture of the venue and its people.
