Our chefs play an integral part in the running of our professional kitchens.  We have positions available for chefs with CDP and Sous Chef experience in Rick Stein at Bannisters Mollymook.

 

Bannisters Hotels is a stunning little selection of boutique hotels on the stunning NSW coasts.

At Rick Stein at Bannisters, Mollymook you are encouraged to learn and grow your skills and have the opportunity to experience different styles of food from celebrity chef Rick Stein’s travels. Since opening in October 09, Rick Stein at Bannisters has created a name for its inspired seafood excellence. The coastal location with Ulladulla Harbour nearby means that the seafood is 'fresh-off-the-boat' and of the highest quality. 

We are looking for passionate chefs who will support the kitchen with the running of your section and acting as a role model for the kitchen team. You will share our love for the industry and have an eye for detail.
