Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge is an award winning iconic property based in North Western Tasmania on the doorstep of the World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is hungry for career progression and wants to take on the role of Food & Beverage Team Leader

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will run the front of house operations during busy service periods, as well as working alongside your team and motivating them to deliver results. Your role will assist with rostering, team development & the overall co-ordination of the department.

A current RSA is essential, along with a strong understanding of the day to day operations of running a restaurant, passion for sequence of service and a desire to create an amazing experience for each and every customer.

Your energy, drive and positive attitude will be contagious to all you work with and you will thrive on contributing to the bigger picture through your natural affinity for leadership.
