Managing your own portfolio of Centurion Customers, you will be armed with big ideas and an eye on the details. You will need to be a problem solvers and a relationship builder who goes above and beyond to surpass the expectations of our Centurion Cardmembers. You will be responsible for developing a trusted relationship with your portfolio and handle all travel and lifestyle aspects of their lives. 

Exceed customer expectations and build relationships. Every customer is unique, so no two days are the same. But some of your responsibilities are clear. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Provide a full travel, lifestyle and card service to Centurion Cardmembers 

• Build strong relationships and stay in regular contact with clients 

• Stay up to date with every customer's lifestyle choices 

• Find new ways to offer a better experience 

• Tailor products and services to every customer's unique needs

Skills and experience

• Experience in a Travel Consultant and/or sales environment

• Previous experience of consulting, scheduling and booking travel arrangements 

• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills 

• Ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously 

• Strong geography skills and knowledge of the travel industry 

• Can work independently and demonstrate strong leadership when influencing a team of colleagues
