Located in the heart of the inner west, this local's favourite is on the search for an organised and forward thinking Chef de Partie to be part this fun and dynamic team. Offering only the most on trend and seasonal pub options, the venue caters for everyone's needs.
Both kitchens are open planed and stuffed with the best quality equipment and tools. With only the freshest and seasonal produce at your exposal to get creative and keep your regulars returning for more. The venue frequently run events for locals and those of the industry hosted by local craft beer companies to take over their taps and give a new experience to all invited.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge on maintaining an organised and systemised kitchen with extensive HACCP focus. Someone who can think on their feet and bring the team together during the busy summer weekends. The role is offering $55K + Super and realistic hours.
