Simon's Waterfront is a restaurant located on the Warrnambool foreshore that is popular for al la carte dining and functions.
We are looking for a chef or cook that is passionate about every meal they produce. In this busy restaurant all meals are prepared without compromising quality and using the best local produce.
We are looking for a chef who doesn't depend on premade convince products because all food preparation is in-house.
We require a chef who is career orientated, who prides themselves on genuinely calling themselves a chef and whose skill is not set by a certificate.
