About the opportunity:
We are looking for a charismatic, experienced Cafe Manager for our busy cafe in beautiful Burleigh Heads.
You must have a true passion for the hospitality industry and have an outgoing, friendly personality, with impeccable work ethic.
You will also possess the following skills:
- Experience leading a small team effectively in a similar environment
- Minimum 2 years exp in a similar position
- Stock ordering and control
- Barista skills
- Have an eye for detail and quality control
- Amazing at multi tasking and delegation
- Thrive working in a fast paced, busy environment
- You must be available to work weekends.
