We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Chef who will oversee all kitchen operations, lead and mentor the team and continue the high level of quality and service in all aspects of the business.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 3 + years of kitchen experience within a similar role
- A proven ability to thrive within high volume establishments
- A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
- Continually maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
- Advanced communication skills
- Ensure compliance with Victoria OHS legislation (act and regulation)
