The Cupcake Queens has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join Flagship store in Williamstown. Are you in a customer service role ready to step into a leadership position?

A bit about our role:
This is a full-time role based at our Williamstown store.
To be great at this role you will need to be a fun, friendly, bright person, who is all about the customer and giving them the best service possible.
Your duties will include:
- Providing amazing customer service, whilst serving cupcakes and coffee
- Creating lasting relationships with our regulars
- Fast-paced coffee making
- Keeping the store spick and span
- Working within a small and friendly team
- Replenishing stock as needed
- Taking detailed customer orders for birthdays, weddings, etc.
- Communicating with the bakery and other stores as needed
- Operational management and administration
- Training staff at your store
Think you've got what it takes to work with us?
Then you will need to have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
- A great attitude
- Great presentation
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people
- An outgoing and confident personality
- Barista skills (preferred but not essential)
- Supervisory skills
