Our newly refurbished Bistro overlooking Laguna Bay is seeking a new member to join our team, with a 250 seat Restaurant. The position is for a Sous Chef and you must hold Trade Qualification Certificates.
Our menu changes seasonal, with our Flanagan's Irish Bar menu also catered for in the same kitchen, grill, larder and pan experience a must. You will work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef, with menu suggestions, costings, ordering, stocktakes, Food Safety and Compliance requirements. Must have great communication skills, be able to work well unsupervised and have quality leadership skills to guide the team. The position is 5 days per week, with split shifts and weekends shifts rostered.
