We are looking for a hands-on Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade for The Royal - Paddington. As the 2IC in the kitchen, you will support the Head Chef leading by example to ensure that the team shares the same visiom of producing food to the highest quality.
The Role
- Leading, managing and continuously developing the team
- Management of costs in line with budget expectations
- Maintaining procedures & quality control
- Specials and menu development
- Ordering & Stock Control
About you
- Experience working in a similar style venue
- A strong leader that manages and develops the team
- Trade qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
