Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific and Florida Beach Bar are looking for leaders to join their management team.
Florida Beach Bar, SeaSalt Restaurant, Lord Ashley Lounge, our conferencing and banquets locations and our in-room dining are part of the Crowne Plaza Terrigal and within the IHG Portfolio and stand alone as one of the Central Coast's most well-renowned and iconic venues.
Situated right on Terrigal Beach we are a multi-faceted venue that caters for everything from casual seaside drinks, intimate dining, casual and energised experiences, corporate retreats, weddings, receptions, large scale music events and everything in-between.
Our team want and need industry professionals with experience in leading a team in high-paced and high-profile venues to join our already established team and continue to provide a memorable experience to our growing clientele and visitors.
You will be very familiar with, and had worked successfully in, similar styles of venues which will compliment your experience in how to lead your venue, your colleagues and the atmosphere.
Most of all you need to possess a vibrant personality and passion for delivering a great events to our loyal customers.

Ideally, you will have at least three years of experience in a similar bar or restaurant. You'll have a strong working knowledge of coffee making, cocktails and wines, and also hold a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. You will also stand out, and be known and recognised, for your enthusiasm, passion and creativity.
