About the business
We have 3 stores opened over the last 3 years in Cremorne, Port Melbourne & Footscray. We are focused around exceeding customer expectations through our service and our shop atmospheres. We have a fun work environment where we have very strong relationships with our customers and amongst our team.
About the role
• Take ownership and passion in the shop and the team. Always with a focus on strengthening the team and our relationship with our customers.
• You will be required to be hands-on making and preparing panini's, juices and coffee.
• You will be required to be on top of daily service, cleanliness, hygiene and day-to-day operations.
• Required to do daily ordering and stock management.
• Rostering.
• Must follow through on tasks and create new procedures where necessary.
• Required to manage COGS and wages.

Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has had experience in leading a team and following through on management tasks and running shifts in a hospitality environment in the past.
