About the Role:
We have an exciting position available for an innovative Head Chef that is up to date with market trends to service a busy pub specialising in seafood. As our Head Chef you will be responsible for owning the development and implementation of the menu as well as leading and inspiring your culinary operations team to ensure that the highest quality food and standards are maintained. You will also support the Hotels Venue Manager to meet a range of financial targets.
Key duties:
- Produce and maintain exceptional quality food across the different food outlets and ensure food safety and hygiene practices.
- Effectively roster staff and manage labour costs.
- Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a Head Chef in a high volume environment.
- Trade qualifications.
- Strong business acumen with a hard working hands on approach.
- Strong organisational and communicational skills.
