Melbourne based Chef Scott Pickett has established some of Melbourne’s most exciting dining venues including –
Estelle Bistro, ESP-Estelle By Scott Pickett, Saint Crispin, Pickett’s Deli & Rotisserie and the newly opened Matilda.
Saint Crispin, a two hat restaurant on Smith Street, offers one of Melbourne's most exciting dining experiences. Established in 2013, our focus is on a finely considered contemporary menu that's amended according to nature's bounty, led by head chef Stuart McVeigh.
We are looking for motivated chefs to join the kitchen team, with previous experience in a quality dining environment, who have an understanding of, and respect for quality food and produce.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate -
- Passion for and knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Excellent food knowledge with a desire to learn
- Ability to work all sections of a kitchen including pastry
- Michelin Star or 2 hat level experience
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- Assist in training and development of the kitchen team
