Join a well regarded, busy restaurant in a premium Nedlands location. Little Way is open 6 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. The kitchen transforms seamlessly throughout the day from a cafe, to restaurant to high-end wine bar delivered in a beautiful, contemporary and welcoming setting. 

This position will be offered on either a full-time or casual basis, and applicants will need to be available to work on weekends and public holidays. 

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen within a similar position
• Great understanding across all commercial kitchen procedures from prep, presentation and consistency
• Ability to operate own section independently
• Experience in making pastries a plus
• Commitment to quality and consistency with initiative and enthusiasm
• A desire to strive and create the best food you can
• Kitchen capable of doing 100 pax or more per meal period
• Show initiative and a desire to be part of our family team
• Be looking for long-term employment and career growth
• Must be flexible - potential to work across all services if required
