We are seeking a quick thinking problem solver who is committed to ensuring their team consistently provides fantastic customer experiences for our members. You will be a strong leader with a coaching approach to people management.
  
Your role as a Venue Manager is fundamental to the success of this Bar and Restaurant. The purpose of your role will be to provide leadership coverage for our Line Management team whilst ensuring efficient and seamless coordination of the Bars daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Leader with the ability to coach and motivate team
• Excellent grooming and personal hygiene
• Flexible availability to suit 7 day business
• Practical knowledge of harm minimisation best practice
• Understanding of workplace safety legislation
• Proven results in a similar role
• Current RSA, RCG (NSW) & First Aid ess.
