We need a new, high powered GM to embrace this legacy and have the operational and creative smarts to keep this venue at the cutting edge of cool.

What you'll need to be successful;

  • Absolute minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience as a General Manager, ideally in the hospitality field
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills - especially as this autonomous role reports through to owners on a regular basis
  • Be prepared to be hands on operationally (office based Managers need not apply)
  • Available to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends
  • Previous experience of managing a staff base that fluctuates between 10 - 40 (dependant on season)
  • Solid financial understanding of profit and loss (P&L) reports, budgeting and forecast sales targets, and food/labour costs
  • Someone who has a strong food and beverage background who is non negotiable on anything less than pure quality
  • A charismatic leader that will bring in the crowds
  • Proven relationship management experience
  • Surrounded by a strong and supportive team, as well as a local Senior Management team
