We are seeking Team Leaders, Crew Trainers, and Supervisors, who have a passion for customer service, a desire to lead and an enthusiasm for hospitality in a Quick Service Restaurants located in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
Key responsibilities once trained will include:
- Able to manage the customer experience and team members while providing amazing service
- Day to day operations in a Subway Restaurant
- Training, and leading our team
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the sandwich unit and store
- Ensuring compliance with all Subway operating requirements
To succeed in these roles, you must have:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Passion for the hospitality
- Ability to work various shifts over 7 days and late nights
- A customer focused approach
- Promotion of a fun working environment
- Adequate computer skills
- Sales driven
