You will:

The role will entail:

• Staff recruitment, training and development
• Overseeing the day to day service operations
• Setting and reaching KPI targets

In order to be successful for this role you will:

• Have experience as an Assistant or Restaurant Manager for at least 2 years
• Have experience managing teams of 20+
• Be flexible working a mix of days, nights and weekends
