Deep Blue Hotel and Hot Springs Warrnambool is a 4 star 80 room Hotel over 6 levels by the sea.
We have a popular Day Spa and Bath House with natural geothermal mineral pool.
Our busy restaurant serves breakfast and dinner.
We are currently building a Hot Springs development outside, with 20 different bathing experiences to be finished by the end of this year.
Currently, we have an opportunity for an ‘experienced’ Night Auditor to join the reservations team at The Deep Blue. Minimum of two years experience in a similar role at 4 star hotels would be advantageous.
This is a full time role and will suit someone who enjoys working the night shift, one who is self motivated and has the ability to work unsupervised.
The night auditor is an integral part of our team and will be responsible for:
- Processing guest and group reservations
- Processing of night audit and nightly reports
- Monitoring the building security
- Ensure the safety and security of guests
- Assisting operations for the day-team to contribute to exceptional service delivery
- Deal directly with guests from various cultures
- Processing guest check-in and check-out of rooms accurately and efficiently
- Possess in depth local knowledge of popular attractions and places of interest to assist with tour bookings and guest enquiries
- Process the end-of-day reconciliations and reports
- Ensure records are maintained in line with our company procedures
- Dealing with dispute resolution and emergency procedures.
- Accurate auditing and balancing of the hotel’s daily accounts
- Management of phone calls and reservations
- Minor cleaning duties required
- Must have an Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Valid Australian driver's licence
